Hadiah138 Terms & Conditions — Malaysian Platform Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and hadiah138 ("Company", "we" or "platform"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of hadiah138.my and all services provided therein.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted all hadiah138 terms and conditions:

• Registering a new account with hadiah138
• Log in to your existing hadiah138 account
• Making deposits or withdrawals using any payment method
• Using any game or service on the hadiah138 platform
• Claiming or using any bonus or promotion

Hadiah138 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is solely your responsibility to review the latest terms before using the platform.

• Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. hadiah138 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request identity documents such as a MyKad, passport, or Malaysian driving licence at any time.
• Location: hadiah138's services are intended for users based in Malaysia. Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at the user's own risk.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one hadiah138 account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

To access all hadiah138 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Details required during registration include your full name as per MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and your Malaysian bank or e-wallet details for withdrawal purposes.

Account security is your responsibility. hadiah138 recommends the following steps to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols
• Do not share your password or login credentials with anyone
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices
• Report to hadiah138 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access

Hadiah138 shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to a member's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

All financial transactions on hadiah138 are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied. hadiah138 supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

Withdrawal conditions: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of submission, subject to completed identity verification. hadiah138 does not charge any fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions. All deposits must originate from a legitimate source registered in the same member's name.

Hadiah138 offers a range of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated in each offer.

General wagering conditions:

• The hadiah138 welcome bonus is subject to a 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement based on the total bonus amount received
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 14 days from the date the bonus is credited
• Bonuses that do not meet the wagering requirements within the specified period will be automatically forfeited
• Different games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements — please check the details of each promotion
• Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering requirements have been fully met

Unauthorised bonus usage: hadiah138 strictly prohibits the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, the use of software or techniques to manipulate the system, and any form of account coordination to exploit promotions. Violations will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and balances.

RNG (Random Number Generator) game results are generated randomly and cannot be manipulated by any party, including hadiah138 itself.

Prohibited conduct during gameplay:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tools that facilitate unauthorised gameplay
• Exploiting bugs or technical errors in games for unauthorised gain
• Colluding with other players or the dealer's representative to manipulate game outcomes
• Disrupting other players' experience through any form of inappropriate communication

Dispute resolution: If you have any dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, contact the hadiah138 support team within 72 hours of the incident. hadiah138 will investigate all disputes using automatically recorded system logs. hadiah138's decision following an investigation is final and binding.

• Personal deposit limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings
• Loss limit: Set a maximum limit on how much you can lose within a given period
• Session time limits: Set reminders and time limits for your gaming sessions
• Temporary self-exclusion: Suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
• Permanent self-exclusion: Close your account permanently if you need more serious assistance

Hadiah138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Confirmation that a member is under 18 years of age
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual
• Fraud, money laundering, or any financial criminal activity
• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Abuse of hadiah138 bonuses or promotions
• Use of bots, cheating software, or system exploits
• Disruptive or threatening behaviour toward staff or other members

In the event of account closure due to a violation, hadiah138 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings. In cases of closure at the member's own request or for reasons not involving a violation, any valid balance will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

Hadiah138 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

hadiah138 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred while playing on the hadiah138 platform
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence
• Inaccurate information provided by third parties
• Any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

Hadiah138's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Hadiah138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on hadiah138.my. Members will be notified of material amendments via email or in-platform notification.

Continued use of the hadiah138 platform following any such amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically.

Applicable law: This agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Malaysian courts.
